During the  8th Arab Region Cyber Security Summit held in Oman,  the results of the second edition of Regional Cyber Stars competition was revealed and the following were awarded

During the  8th Arab Region Cyber Security Summit held in Oman,  the results of the second edition of Regional Cyber Stars competition was revealed and the following were awarded;

Cyber Security Seniors

Attacker: Khalil Shreateh-Palestine

Defender: Ahmed Sherif-Egypt

Responder; Salim Al Maqbali

Cyber Security Juniors

Attacker: Saif Aziz-Egypt

Defender: Mohamed Abdulmomien

Responder: Mohamed Al Kalibali-Oman

The competition was organized by the Arab Regional Cybersecurity Center and Silensec and aims to develop skills and talents in the Arab countries in the field of cybersecurity. The participants were divided by age into two groups; 17 to 24 years olds (junior category) and 24-year-olds (senior category) that attracted a total of 383 383 participants from 8 Arab Region countries that included Oman, Palestine, Kuwait, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Tunisia –

The competition was organized by Arab Region Cyber Security Center (ITU_ARCC) in collaboration with Silensec and was carried out on Silensec’s state of the art Cyber ranges
